A Child's Faith

This little guy asked Jesus into his heart yesterday and also happens to be the strongest man.  I was unaware, but he told me himself and proved it by opening a raisin container for me.

Tractor Fun

Having two kids has it challenges and having one who is turning into a toddler and one who has full-blown tantrums that can last for days hours is another story. When we get through the storms of the "wills" and accept the behavior that comes naturally to this age and see it as a growing process (for both them and me!) we see the sun shinning more often then not!

  Playing and sharing happily together (as long as they both get to ride at the same time!)

 "Hey Ella, LOOK! It's a bird" - Joel

  "No, it's a plane." - Joel

 "No, it's a bird, I see it...or was it a plane?" -Ella

"Gotta check the engine, make sure theres enough oil. Pop Pop would be proud." - Joel
"Ok, I'll turn it off." - Ella

"Welp, we don't have enough gas left to get up the hill...I'll push"

I love it when my kids enjoy each other, it is the best ever, no really it is the best!

Who Said Two was Terrible?

I think three year olds need to have a WARNING label somewhere on them saying, "If I am tired, worn out, hungry, have-to-share, are told 'no', have to take a nap, or told 'its time for bed' then you better watch out because there is no telling what I will do."

Whoever said "Watch out for those terrible twos!" was off by about 365 days give or take. Boy have the terrible threes emerged in our household.  They take the appearance of a cute, sweet, but tall for his age boy and then suddenly change into a growling roaring, screaming, kicking, hitting, throwing objects, and doing everyhing I am told is bad monster human being. We will not be intimated, and we will stand our ground! You will turn back into a boy again, right?!
